We want you to love every item you purchase from Montclair. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

  • Return Period: Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

  • If a return does not meet the criteria, we will contact you to arrange return shipment of the item back to you.

Faulty or Wrong Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email our support team with photos. We will cover the return shipping and ensure a fast replacement or full refund.
